Executive Assistant to SVP, Immediacy & Services (Network Product)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, Immediacy & Services, their leadership team, and the broader Network Product organization in Pune (80+ people). This role serves as a trusted partner to the executive office, driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and seamless collaboration across global teams.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, executive presence, and strong judgment to enable leadership focus on strategic priorities and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
Manage complex executive calendars, priorities, and scheduling across global time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and meeting logistics.
Prepare executive briefings, agendas, presentations, and leadership materials.
Support leadership meetings, business reviews, customer engagements, and town halls.

Stakeholder & Communication Management
Serve as a liaison between the executive office, leadership teams, and business partners.
Draft and manage executive communications and correspondence.
Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Meetings, Events & Team Engagement
Organize leadership meetings, off-sites, workshops, and events across 80+ Network Products team member
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up plans.
Support culture, engagement, and employee recognition initiatives.

Administrative Excellence
Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Support onboarding, organizational changes, access requests, and operational activities.
Continuously improve processes and leverage Microsoft 365 and Copilot to enhance efficiency.

All About You
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in supporting SVP-level executives in a global organization.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities.
Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Copilot.
High degree of professionalism, business acumen, discretion, and attention to detail.

Success in This Role
You will be recognized as a trusted extension of the SVP's office, enabling leadership effectiveness, driving organizational alignment, and supporting the successful execution of strategic business priorities across the CORE organization. Corporate Security Responsibility
