Description Assistant Manager, Retailer.com Performance Marketing (NA) Reports to : Director, Retailer.com Performance Marketing What You'll Do: The Assistant Manager, Retailer.com Performance Marketing will own the day-to-day performance, execution, and optimization of Retailer.com media programs across an assigned portfolio of brands and retailers in North America. This role is responsible for driving retailer media performance through strategic planning, agency management, creative oversight, reporting, and cross-functional partnership. The Assistant Manager will serve as the primary business owner for an assigned portfolio, partnering closely with Retail Media Networks, ELC Brand teams, and the Agency of Record to ensure media investments deliver against business objectives. Responsibilities : Retailer Media Strategy & Planning
  • Own retailer-specific media strategies that align brand priorities with retailer capabilities, audience opportunities, inventory, promotional calendars, creative requirements, and measurement frameworks
  • Partner directly with retail media networks and our agency of record to understand available solutions, recommendations, optimizations, innovation opportunities, and market-specific best practices.
  • Help identify growth opportunities across NA Demand Capture, including keyword coverage, audience strategy, promotional support, always-on investment, tentpole moments, and new product acceleration.
  • Ensure media plans are coordinated with the agency of record and brand account teams, brand teams, and merchandising calendars to maximize business impact and avoid duplication or misalignment.
Retailer, Execution & Performance Management
  • Own the day-to-day performance of assigned retailer and/or brand portfolios, proactively monitoring pacing, delivery, and KPI attainment.
  • QA agency recommendations, pressure test optimization strategies, and hold agency partners accountable for execution, follow-ups, and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with brand teams to gather campaign inputs, product priorities, creative assets, claims, landing page destinations, SKU lists, keyword direction, audience priorities, and promotional details.
  • Maintain clear documentation of retailer requirements, campaign timelines, performance benchmarks, reporting cadences, and learnings to build repeatable ways of working across partners.
  • Ensure retailer media strategies are aligned with broader North American media plans and business priorities.
Reporting, Insights & Financial Management
  • Own ongoing performance monitoring across retailer media investments, identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Translate retailer reporting into clear business insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Director, brand teams, finance and retail partners to manage budgets, estimates, and other relevant finance processes.
  • Build a strong knowledge base of retailer-specific performance benchmarks, media capabilities, reporting nuances and optimization learnings for NA
Qualifications Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in performance marketing within retail media or CPG with a focus on digital campaign performance analysis and insight development
  • Hands-on-keyboard experience activating and managing campaigns; Criteo experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize paid media campaign results into data-driven, actionable insights
  • Skilled in optimizing campaigns toward ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with focus on data-driven communication
  • Proactive nature with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, retailers, and campaigns concurrently
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to generate impactful repor
